Sweet, thanks for the response marzaI will tell you what I know about it from when I implemented it. No guarantee it still functions the same way.
It has a chance to trigger for both primary and offhand weapons. It cannot trigger itself. It does not have a chance to proc. It is not guaranteed to land.

Wouldn't that mean tanks would be better off using Voidstep since all classes get some level of dodge skill? That is, assuming you don't need the extra 40 stamina...
