Armor Drops - Recommendation

Apparently there is a bounty that requires killing dragon faction, +1 reason for unbound gem

There are rank 1 and rank 3 giant/dragon bounties iirc. It was always a headache when running bounty groups- the newbs just wanted to do as many bounties as they could but the group would split or have to log alts or whatever if they wanted to do those. Again, having a faction bound aug waaaaaaaay past when it is relevant is just a nuisance that hurts the newbs.

Neat, Dev-Cole did something from this thread. So devs are responsive now which is cool. Let's see what kind of responsive though.
 
I wanted to add to OP of where this stuff drops:
I had found this myself, then checked (and found) that the wiki already had these 2 listed:
Stormkeep - at least in the arena area
Dragonhorn Keep - found in EDHK

Then I just found today that it drops in Kedge Keep (not wiki listed) as well
