reason i was asking was because if it was in the offhand you have to factor in dual wield checks also. but i was aware the table was based around 1h primary mostly. i am still a fan of faster weapons myself. but i wouldnt mind grabbing a few weapons sometime and parsing em just for fun.

is this table assuming all characters have ambidexterity?

now im no pro at coding or anything... but i would guess the main benefit to a faster weapon would be that its going to trigger double/triple attacks more often... if they are already balanced to do equalish dmg without the doubles/triples... wouldnt hitting more of those push the faster weapons...

this shield is not intended to be great at 65. and dont u have a cure spell? it is like 50 mana... doubt its worth carrying the shield around for to click it.. its not that hard to find something a little better... but between what little better u can get and a mediocre increase... its a huge...

the quest is simple. the gleaming shield drops off a level 55ish mob. because its not hard to come by the price dropped a bit.. just because gleaming shield was farmed a bit doesnt mean low end quests should yield better rewards than mobs around level 50-55... imo be happy gleaming shield is as...

wouldnt guess it to effect it that much as ur beyond most of the differences on both chars... but also grimar would gain them faster wouldnt he? doesnt make much sense to me unless grimar had been dieing a lot or something... does look like something that could looked into though.

some info to include would be what races... as there are some who get exp bonus while others get a negative. also, i doubt this happened, quest turnins are self only... aside from that, id guess a bug. ive been working up an iksar sk and a de wizard and they have been pretty much neck and neck...
