2 MB cant handle the game, sorry, 12 MB won't do either prolly, i would say 32 mb Geforce 2MX or similar ranged ATI is the minimum to run EQ.

I don't know, but its not all that much effort NOT to use shout, it is quite anoying to have someone elses raidspam or CH messages because they are to lazy to make a 2nd bank of macros or use another channel. CH-chains can be easily taken to either channels or say mode in case channels...

There is actually a lot, low level content, you just have to keep your eyes open. The nice lowlevel content and quests was actually one of the things attracting me first. There are plenty of low level nameds in game too.

Aye, I can see the problem, but nevertheless, we have managed to recruit 40 mostly new players to WR and made them stay here. So I can think other guilds can accomplish the same. Instead of vulturing eachother, get new players recruited and make them stay so the WR community grows...

You need 5 different people willing to create one, gathered in one zone, then petition your will and wait for a GM to show up and enable your guild. Thats how it worked for us.

It seemed to work nicely untill mid last week, now it just doesn't have any effect at all anymore apart from draining stamina. Was it modified?
