a few people had this problem, generaly what you need to do is go into the setup in the login screen and instead of clicking next Press Enter. Now it might not work the first time, like myself i had to go back and do it once again.

only thing i can think of doing is just killing the folder and copying it off the net again and doing that. They should all load up as you zone to new places so you can do it ingame also.
