You don't, you only lose faction by killing guards (or citizens for that matter). I find it funny how the fear mask makes you KoS, but the hate mask doesn't though.

I'm running them right now, off my SoF disk, I'll even post screenshots. Again - it's not an eqclient.ini setting, but rather a texture set off the CDs. You will not get the new textures from a Titanium install.

For some reason, the helmet is black for you. Only fix that works for others only is to /lfg off - that will fix the armor color for others, but I don't know of a way to fix it for yourself. Pretty much what Wesell said - it's a known bug in SoD without any known fix.

It's not an eqclient.ini setting, it's a different set of textures contained in the SoF expansion (which does work with SoD - it's what I use now).

The disks are actually searching for the uninstall entry from the registry. This is not advised if you don't know what you are doing (I take no responsibility for screwing up your uninstall information), but the registry entries for 32-bit installs that will allow you to reinstall if deleted...

Just had the same problem, was the AV's real time file scanner. Setting an exception for the EQ directory solved it.

SoF works and it gotes for $40, tbh never understood why, because SoF has the new textures.

Oh crap, didn't notice it was on the homepage:psyduck:. As for the server load issue, it isn't that hard to implement an AJAX solution using XMLHttp to get the server status on the home page with a click. That way you'd still click, but only if you want the status.

http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/omni/index.php should say all zones down if a patch is going on, although yes it could be placed on the main page to be better utilized.
