    Does Taraztu's Healing Flames still drop?

    Ive been farming RSm for weeks now and have killed the named 20+ times. Every time i killed it, the Mask dropped. Not even the Wizard spell. Is this broke or has anyone gotten it to drop recently? Thanks!
