    casting the final vah banner (Spirit of the Vah Shir) seems to also use the cooldown on paladin ae blinds for 1 hour (Wave of Light, and Gleam of Light). Not sure if there are other bugs relating to this, but I noticed it right after gleam of light was implimented. tested it twice.
