It seems like both Starfall and Thurgadin Quests should be buffed all around. I wonder if they have numbers on how often people did then during seasons. I would assume most people skip all four for most classes. Most of them are probably not worth the time over just leveling.

Assuming you are talking the spell Ancient: Guardian of Jayla an Ancient Spell vs a Runic 2 spell. Also, Rangers birds allows them to keep up with other DPS classes. Without it they basically don't have a chance, while an enchanter can still do it's "job" in a raid if their Guardian pet is killed.

Don't be afraid to reach out for more help if/when needed. I did edit the wiki page for Enchanters with some Charm information. I can't find the cap on attacks per round posted by a dev so I would like to avoid adding that to the wiki.
