Solution: get rid of all buffs, buff effectiveness of player mitigation by like 15 or 20% or w/e would make up for lost buffs. Also buff player damage output in the same way. Maybe make haste scale by level/AAs? Captain Heavy-hands saves the day again.

I think what rax is saying when he doesnt want to go against somebody who is also a staff member as it will make him look bad in the eyes of that staff member. I don't think it's a matter of staff corruption as much as it is him wanting to protect his own rep in the eyes of the staff.

I'm pretty sure you need to be like warmly faction in order to continue. I haven't played in a while, so my memory might suck some, but it was either amiable+ or warmly+ you needed to be.
