You could try using AA's to increase your resists, there are a few that will help and maybe that will help you get in on some of the higher lvl raids for the gear you desire.

I expericence the same issue, but the odd thing about it is that it is only on one account all the time. The other account never has any problem. Have tried bind them to the same processor, different processor with the same results. Not sure why it would be isolated to just one account but...

I am having the same problem on my Froglok shaman, but my daughter was able to turn them in on her Vah shir BL, so think the problem is either racial or faction related. Currently indifferent to the Vah on my shaman if I can get it higher and be successful with the turn in I will post here.

Would be interesting to have the Earth Mother as either a faction or a diety that one could swear too. Not sure how it would be implemented but as one who plays a ranger, the Earth Mother as a religion or faction would make more sense for my character and I'm sure a few druids would agree...
