The only thing that would change is people would get tomes done alot quicker honestly. I mean people could say that people will get bored with nothing to xp but, they can create an alt, farm charm money( nice long process sometimes ) or quest( heh with what quest their are that are...

An aug that is like a expable item need X number of aa's to move it to next step. Have an initial quest to get said augment then when you get enough aa's to upgrade it, turn it in to the guy that gave it to you for 50-100aa's( or more depending on how good you want it to be )

I think a better idea would have been to make something like the well ringing of the Tot ele, where not EVERY single person need's the flag but a certain amount are needed to allow rest of raid to get in(I.E you need 12-14 people that needed to have done well to even be able to use it's feature...

combine the stat buffs would be awesome, removing the snare/slow affect of runic 1 would be awesome( or atleast the slow ) But i would say how about a relic pet instead of a relic disease dot. As it is shaman pets really aren't even worth summoning/ really awful. necro's get a relic pet mage's...

True. I was assuming that since when you go over 100% haste that's when it adds the dmg bonus aka Those things take you above 100% haste but idk im sure somebody will clarify it.

Sounds like just haste/overhaste effect it aka anos mask/ the item you mentioned and bard song ect should effect it.
