??? Even assuming ranged attack has a minimum delay of 10, and you have goe, bard overhaste, and 47% worn haste, a bow would have to have a delay of 24 to not gain the full benefit of the haste. 25 delay would gain the full benefit if you didn't click any additional overhaste clickies.
