Fabio is a vendor character coowned by Legacy and sells all kinds of items items and spells at affordable prices. If Fabio doesn't have it, it probably either sucks or someone else bought it. This thread will be updated periodically to keep a list of which items are currently for sale.

The two Fabio vendors are both located in South Newport (screenshots of maps to come). The spell vendor is directly across from the South Newport bank, and the item vendor is at the Clock Tower of South Newport. Check them out if you see something you like. High end item prices are negotiable.

Fabio also has virtually infinitely many quest gems for Dragonhorn Keep or Stormkeep sold at the following rates for all four kinds (Midnight Pearl - plate, Lavastone - silk, Waterstone - leather, Gleaming Pearl - chain):
