Now... As for Steak King... Must be cooked on infrared burner for a perfect seering. For a 1 1/4"+ cut of ribeye steak I sprinkle on black pepper, kosher salt, and thyme*.. I put that burner on low, cook it for 1:30, twist 90 degree's and cook for 1:30, flip and cook for 1:30, twist 90 degree, and cook for 1:30 and done- for a slightly bloody amazing steak.. Dinner in less than 10min!

I love your countertops ! Love me some sweet peppers, I gotta get back into shrimp.. And was that homemade guacamole i saw ? I'm too impatient to make that!!! nice
