Let frogs use swords

Druid pets can't use lv 55 pet weapons because they are weak. Please give them more muscles to hold cool things or reduce the requirements.

Pet weapons are a fun little bonus and I feel like the rec level thing may have been an oversight. I wonder what lv the Ranger runic pet is?

would help sk pets if they could receive lvl 65 buffs as well.

i also noticed my dwarf illusion didn't hold on sk pet either the last i tried. i remember a few years ago it did.
