Missing AAs?

Is there any way to get missing AA points restored? I logged into my old warrior and druid, and surprisingly found that the warrior had only 5 AA instead of close to 500. I knew I couldn't be that crazy, so I looked him up (See below).

Yes, petition in game. I've had a couple of alts that needed reimbursement and the staff sorted things out.
