That happens naturally when server is down. You can only hit F5 so many times waiting for new posts to read in your boredom.
*waits for "the most users ever online" count to have a new record*

I cant do that, i need more human interaction with my interweb dealing so I click on the butans provided to me by windows internet explorer. sometimes when im really lazy i'll let my 3 year old who likes to press butans refresh pages for me.
