Password reset

I have been absent from Shards of Dalaya for a good 6+ months now, however now my friends are interested in starting so I decided to come back. The problem is, according to front page, there was a reset of passwords and we have to use the password recovery list to reset them. So I went to do that, only to find that the email retrieval function is currently disabled, and I don't remember the names of all the characters I made to mess around with. Is there any chance an e-mail could be sent to the address that was registered to the account (the account name was Auridan) to reset my password? Or even to delete the account, I'm not concerned about the characters on there so much as I want to be able to use their names again.

If you send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address you registered the account with or provide enough info to prove it belongs to you, it will get restored.

The recovery should be working again soon, we've had some problems with the db.
