Perceived Value is a progression guild with the intent of organizing players interested in progressing through the lower raid tiers without overpowered ringers and “bot” characters for the challenge of teamwork. The goal is, the sky's the limit, without getting walked through or over content.

Howdy, just getting setup still. Apparently my work schedule keeps me in a bit of conflict with our staff, but I'm sure we will work that out, make it official soon enough. Fipper needs some relics 8P
 
If you are interested in joining you can get a hold of Onizuka in game, we are still pretty much looking fore every class save for warrior. We are still trying to get more players involved before we start hitting any targets or making a real schedule.
