Screaming Metal Collar

After the recent patch, it apparently has the added bonus of a Focus Effect called "Vorpal Cut".

Can see it here on Pogen's fomelo.

Odd thing to add to it considering what the wiki says it does and the other items that it appears on. Could a dev/admin verify this was intended? Can trash-can this after someone has read this.
