Skeleton Movement Animations Not Working

Hey guys,

So it seems my Skeleton movement animations are broken. They are stuck in like a model viewer pose until they attack and those seem wonky too. Anyone know a fix?
 
I've never been able to figure out the Luclin skeleton fully. It's probably one of the most sloppily coded races due to the way it's loaded on top of the classic skeleton instead of having been given a new race ID altogether. I still can't figure out what prevents its animations from loading properly. I've found the best solution is simply to break the Luclin skeleton and revert to the classic one, which has better visibility, better "targetability," and better animation in the first place.

the skelly model uses the animation info from human male luclin models -- if you want the default skelly to be animated you either have to have luclin male human models on or hack fix as grinkles pointed out
