This guy http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/A_divine_hoard has a ton of fun clickers (well 5 clickers...).
So my suggestion is, leave the % world drop chance as is, but when it's triggered, and checks what loot is to be awarded, first do a /random 100, if 1-99, regular world drop. But if its a 100 roll, yay, now pick one of the 5 clickers, and lucky group or w/e.
Perhaps 1 out of 100 is to high a chance, perhaps 1 in 500, or even 1000. Could also add a requirement that what ever was killed, had to yield exp... ect ect.
The point is there is a chance, and it happens every now and then, and people will have even more fun with their new super clicker, young as old
And the hackers who already have them? Did anyone think about the hackers?! Yes. Yes I did
