Trouble logging in

I reset my password to my account, but when I try and use the one supplied it tells me wrong password.

now it crashes on me while loading. Says Im missing clz file.

maybe its because it says I have zero expansions even though I just loaded titanium on this machine. hmm. Any thoughts?

titanium should work fine. reinstall, repatch all

Thanks for your advice, I have done this twice now and this is the message I am receiving when trying to run it. I am not understanding this message because the eqgame.exe is in the folder.

Have you tried deleting the eqgame.exe, then run the patcher?

that looks a lot like anti-virus software blocking the exe from running

try temporarily disabling your av or whitelisting eqgame.exe/sodpatcher.exe
