Is there a quest to fix vah if you're kos? Haryn scowls at you ready to attack and hailing him gives no response.

How on earth did you become KoS to vah? Also, are you under any form of illusion? That is sometimes the cause of being KoS to mobs.

Not my toon, not sure how that happened :O Definitely kos regardless of illusion.
Found kind of a hacky not-sure-if-intended workaround that will suffice: Have a chanter with a vah illusion somantic bond the KoS person, bam, instant dubious... until somantic wears off heh.

farmed these things for like 12hrs straight one day before anti got them nerfed, none of the toons present got their faction fucked
