Who to speak with about getting character back?

So, its been quite a while since I've played on SoD, but I had a character named shurley 65 wiz, I no longer have access to her, I attempted to retrieve her through my e-mail but the only account I got was my 65 bard. Who could I speak with regarding this?

Hello there friend. Someone came back in 2008 or '09 and reclaimed Shurley, I assumed it was you but I didn't really talk to the person. Sold off her charm right before they were changed to the new no drop system
