With the time u have put into looking for this you could have collected enough junk tomes to trade in for it ;)
I ended up trading in for both of mine cause it was impossible to find (looked for over 4 months /auc everyday)

I am still buying this book -- I am not going to be acquiring 16 refuge tokens anytime soon so take advantage of this while I am offering an absurd amount.
 
Ok so we sold Bango this tome for a goon superfriends discount so this thread can be closed.
