This item, clickable from inventory (don't need to equip, or "bind" to your character), will summon a Spectral Arrow. Spectral Arrow has Dmg of 1 and range of 50 (I think). When this arrow is placed in your ammo slot it never gets used. It's essentially unlimited arrows. Only the classes mentioned can summon the arrow and the arrow cannot be traded or summoned onto another person.
