What about a special containers to combine them in? Say... put 10x 10 doses in 10-slot 'Super Bag of Potion Combinining' that costs XXXXpp off vendor and click combine. Combining consumes the bag and potions yeilding a single 100 dose potion on cursor. Me likey.
