Do these tomes affect procs from buffs or items, or do they only affect spells that cost mana? I have heard differing opinions on this.

Are Refuge Vendors supposed to offer all available class 2 tomes? Some classes seem to have 3 tomes available to purchase (if all 3 are in game) and others only have 2 for purchase (if all 3 are in game).

Just curious if this mask was supposed to really have 45ac, or if it was a typo (becomes 49ac if pristine). I realize that it is a caster/priest mask, but still thought I would point it out since it seems a bit out of place.
