When you say flagged, what do you mean? You went to all four spots? DId you get a message that said "You have completed your map of Zone" ?

I just got it to work properly in Wyvernfang, one of the zones you have done. Need to see what you're doing to see what is going wrong. Petition sometime in game and reference this thread.

Which character are you doing this on? I don't see any of the relevant flags on Tegerin. Edit - Looks like Xion. Doing a couple tests, will get back to you.

This quest is working as intended. You seem confused about what you are supposed to be doing. Perhaps you should re-read your journal entry and the quest dialog.

It isn't against any rules to talk about this quest line among yourselves. The only quests that aren't allowed to be discussed or written about are ones that involve riddles or lore questions, just like the main quest.

Journal entries are completely separate from quest flags or anything of the sort. The issue here is that there is a bug in the way that journal is named that causes journal entries not to stay with you when you zone. If you know what to do next in the quest, you should be fine to do it. If...

Personally I enjoyed hearing your blurbs. I was watching the whole time and never once saw anyone say anything negative about it. Perhaps the RP channel would have been a more appropriate place, though? I dunno.

No I was just stupid in the logic of my flagging for my first zone. If you didn't follow the dialog through at the time of turn in, you don't get flagged for the next step and my lazy ass didn't add in additional "hail" dialogs to account for people not doing that.
