It comes down to what the player wants to use and what is needed for the moment. Certain 2h weapons can keep agro with procs also so it just pretty much comes to: -What the players wants to use -What is needed (dmg or agro) -What type of stats/effects the weapons have

Shamans can rezz for 0% exp also, spirit call low level rezz spell :p

speicliazation and +% mods on items would make difference, there was a huge change when i got my monk +% h2h charm. also im not sure if the +% mods stack cuz i got 2 of them and notice no difference :/ from when i put first one on

Procs on weapons cant proc on hits? i thought ive seen mine proc. i know that spell buff procs like vampiric embrace can proc w/o a hit. more swings = more times u have to proc so delay would matter but if proc rate on a weapon is hard coded into it then depending on that and speed of...

can u give us a clue like what kind of quests your looking for? like starting place or for what classes cause i can probably think of some good lore to the quests dont know much about coding it tho :/ i can probably design it like the story mobs items etc. . but codign no clue

So iwas selling sow potions and i never used them to full extent, when i amde them i did test the potion and it worked like SOW even said spirit of wolf enters you. but timer is liek totally off, one of my customers of 10 dose sow told me it was low timer so itested it potion = 15mins spell...

It could of been overlooked, i know Wiz has some things hes getting ready to patch. Just like the Vingrin wand of animation its wis useable but no wis on it, he says he has it fixed but he needs to patch maybe he is rounding up all the items like that.
