If this is generaly a monk pulling item for the HP the why not make it monk/war only since the ratio is almost useless to the other classes on it? It is a weapon not only meant for hitpoints but for attacking. Maybe look into the hit points and take them down to 105 and increase dmg by 1 or 2...
