Blackscale quest NPC disappeared

It seems that Raider Shertina in Obsidian Shard Mountains has disappeared. I've tried porting in a druid and tracking her all over the zone, but she seems to be completely gone. I also idled at her spawn point for a few hours, but she's still gone. Is this a bug, or does she have a very long respawn time?
 
Raider Shertina is back! The zone needed a reboot. Although many staff read these forums daily, an in game use of /petition is generally the best way to get a response to things like this!
 
I've been told missing spawns is a /bug issue, and was actually threatened a jailing for "misuse of the petition system" for petitioning one before.

But yeah either way in game is usually a faster response time
