Yes, I did. I emailed [email protected] explaining the situation. My account was created before there were recovery options built in I believe.

I had a similar wacky situation recovering and old account where I couldn't get the web tool to work. Did similar thing of sending email, try discord sod channel and leave a message with an admin and what info you have, took a minute for someone to be around, but worked for me.
