this item could use an aug slot.
it could also use a lot more than that since gloomshroud is better for clr/dru/shm and akarn is better for a paladin.
this mob also wiped a t13 raid 3times so i think all of the loot could use a bump up from its t10 state. although we havent seen it all yet so idk.
