Forza is a guild that started with 4 real life friends and a few other internet friends.
We define ourselves as "seriously casual." Generally speaking, we're in our late 20s or 30s with families/wives/demanding jobs.
"Seriously Casual" means we try to focus on obtaining serious players who can't do the hardcore raiding environment anymore but still want to play and not waste time when they do.
We raid/group together most often on weeknights (~7pm CST - 1am CST). We have an official but not mandatory raid night of Wednesday at 7pm CST for buffing w/ 7:30pm rollout time.
We are interested in anyone who is committed to advancing themselves and willing to work with us in our laid back yet dedicated fashion. We're not in a race to get anywhere, however, we want to keep things interesting and grow our own tag from the bottom up. We are not interesed in "super higher" tiered people as we want to experience the dalaya game design as a guild progressing from the bottom up.
We've done most Tier 1 and 2 content and are beginning dabbling in early tier 3 material. We have defeated all that was challenging in tiers 1 and 2 with the exception of never making it to parcelon on time. Otherwise, we do a lot of maps, camped the Traek bracket for a while, and have put together a decent "core" committed to each other. We're not interested in power gamers and power gamers should not be interested in us. Mainly, we're looking for smart people willing to create some strong bonds to experience this game together.

At present, we are closing unsolicited applications but remain intersted in 1 highly skilled monk and 1committed ranger.
