So it pretty often happens right on pull, that my War gets summoned just under the world.
/rewind doesnt help, clicking off illusion can, but often its kinda worse, or does nothing.

So an easy fix, how about monsters don't start summoning till like 90% for example?

Even as high as 97%, something not 98-99% would be really nice. This often leads to the tank having to die/suicide, re-rez, which slows the raid down especially if they're a pal/sk. At least until/if wall summoning gets fixed would be a big QOL improvement.
 
skills like monster summoning and enrage still haven't been fully documented to understand when they will be triggered. tests are being constantly done in order to get concrete evidence but nothing as of yet.

You miss the point, everybody knows how and when monsters summon. The point is that in 2.5 they like to summon people into walls and/or under the world, wich is annoying/problematic.
