Unable to load eqw.dll

Every time i try to run SoD this error comes up. I have the eqw folder and eqw.dll in that folder, and put it outside of my EQ:Titanium folder. Should it be in the EQ folder, or am I doing something wrong?

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, I couldn't find anything about eqw.dll when I searched.

That's how mine is set up. If eqw isn't working after that, just disable it in the advanced options of the patcher and use the built-in windowing.
