Watch shopping - need opinions!

I'm currently shopping around a little bit for a new watch, and I was hoping to get some opinions. I'm actually starting to do that whole real world thing on and off (finished first year of law school, two to go, but holding a real deal job this summer, and hopefully next summer), and I want something a little bit nicer than my beat up old Timex digital junker. This is the one that caught my eye so far:

Edit: the non-chronograph version also caught my attention:

As did this Skagen:

Any input? Any suggestions? I'd definitely like something under $200, but reasonably high quality... a warranty is a special added bonus, especially if it covers the quartz watch face (scratches baaad). Those seem to be hard to come by, though.

Anyway, opinions would be appreciated!

BTW, I have fairly wide wrists, so something largeish would probably be ideal.

I went down to Macy's the other day and tried on a bunch of watches... there was one Fossil whose face I liked a lot, but they all had monster bands that weighed about a metric ton. Most of the ones with metal bands also had some weird, sharp angles, too, which I think are a bit trendy (meaning not good for a piece that I hope to use long term).

I also tried on some Rolexes for shits and giggles, and TBH I didn't like any of them quite as much as the Seikos. So, I'm leaning toward a Seiko Coutura, probably with a two-tone titanium band. Haven't decided whether to get the watch or the chronograph yet, though.... nifty features vs. clean look. NGL, IDK.

I've got a Casio G-Shock Model #: GW-300... I absolutely love this watch, and it won't blow any kind of budget: http://www.amazon.com/Casio-Black-Atomic-Solar-G-Shock/dp/B00009NH3R

it has all the necessities: Solar powered, Atomic set (uses a radio band receptor), WR, SR. It's got a rubber band, so you don't have to worry about leaving it on when you get near electrical stuff, it's more likely for you to damage other electrical components with it than it with other electrical components. if you're more a fan of metal bands, meh. you suck ;P jk, but honestly, i LOVE this watch. it's got newer siblings, but i like KISS, and this watch is much simpler than it's siblings.

I sell Seikos in the jewelry store I work in and I can say they're excellent quality for the money. The Coutura line looks high end and the titanium makes it a little sportier.Seiko's have Hardlex (harder to crack on impact), Sapphlex (good balance between Hardlex and Sapphire), or Sapphire (very scratch resistant) crystals too. All of which are much better than glass crystals. I'm really glad to see that you went away from the Fossil watches. I can't say how often we have problems with people bringing them in. They're terrible quality for the cost.

OK. This wins. FTW. IRL!

LOL thanks for all the input, folks =P As I said, I found the Fossil watches to be a bit bulky and heavy, and wasn't thrilled by any of their bands, although I liked some of the faces. I decided to go with a Seiko Coutura. May post photos eventually, but no guarantees =P I tend to forget crap like that.
